Ben Clark: Founder/CEO - Utilizing input from our team, I research, develop strategy, negotiate and supervise investments in new and existing markets. My goal is to listen critically, communicate opportunities and balance budgets with the needs of our customers, creditors and workforce to facilitate the foundation of Godu's Team objective: delivering desirable products built with the right organization of people, culture and accountability.

Don't let Ben's list of duties fool you, he works hard AND plays hard. While steering GoDu and it's subsidiaries, he also found time to scratch these adventures off his bucket list in 2012:

-Get summits of 19,347' Cotopaxi and 20,561' Chimborazo in Ecuador
-Heli ski and film in Haines, Alaska during a 33-day stint in a record winter
-Two first ski descents in the Nepali Himalayas, one over 21,000' after a technical ascent of 5.4 rock en route
-Finished two 50-mile ultra marathons - The Devil Mountain Ultra in Pagosa Springs, CO and the McDowell Mountain Frenzy in Fountain Hills, AZ
- Have my first child - a boy!

Eric Slayman: Director of Event Coverage/Managing Field Producer - A southerner, a gentleman, and a third generation storyteller, with a Marketing degree under my arm I gravitated west for one winter. I never left. Calling Telluride home, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and traveling with my beautiful wife, Eliza. My entrepreneurial spirit and keen business approach make me the muscle of GoDu Productions.

Hilary Taylor: Director of Advertising & Sales - Hilary loves being a part of the GoDu team as the director of advertising sales and marketing.  She brings 10+ years of media and advertising sales experience with her- starting her career at Starcom Worldwide in Chicago on accounts such as Hallmark, Best Buy, Heinz, America's Beef Producers and Luxottica.  After 5 years, she moved over to the sales side as an advertising account executive with USA Weekend Magazine.  She was hooked and a couple years later got an offer she couldn't refuse- the chance to move to Telluride, Colorado and continue her career in advertising sales.  She lives with her wonderful husband and their pride and joy, Lulu (their two year old yellow lab).  She enjoys hiking, cooking, volunteering, travel and spending time with friends.  Life is good!

David Byars: Field Supervising Producer - Perhaps the glue that holds GoDu together, David films, edits and manages the majority of our content. Not to mention that he's one of the few people who can pull off jeans and sandals flawlessly.

Gavin Anstey: Associate Producer - Though he grew up in Colorado and competed on the Winter Park Freestyle Ski Team for eight years, it wasn’t until Gavin Anstey graduated college and lived abroad that he truly started to appreciate the outdoors. Sure, skiing 100 days a season throughout high school and college definitely rubbed off, but the year spent working and living in the concrete jungle of Buenos Aires, Argentina, motivated Anstey to do one thing and one thing only upon his return to the United States: get to the mountains as soon as possible. Currently, the University of Colorado graduate resides in Telluride, Colorado, where he once again skis over 100 days a season, both on the resort and in the backcountry. When not on the hill, Anstey can be found working as Associate Producer at Godu, as well as running his own media and content provision company, Open Exposure Media.

Jon Miller: Ski the Himalayas Talent - Beginning climbing at age 15 in the Boy Scouts, peaks quickly became Jon's passion. With thousands of hours spent in the field with the Western State College Mountain Rescue Team in Gunnison, CO, as well as 400+ days working with adjudicated youth in the desert and plateaus, Jon is no stranger to the risks and rewards of the mountains. With a few Himalayan trips under his belt, as well as countless rock and ice climbing routes, Jon brings his climbing expertise with him on every excursion for "Ski the Himalayas."

Amy Hermes: Team High Maintenance Manager -  Inspired to become a competitive mountain bike racer after the birth of her son, Davis, Vail native Amy Hermes quickly progressed to the semi-professional level in 2004, before switching to single speed mountain bike racing (a bike without gears) in 2007. Since that switch over, she has won several titles including three Colorado State Championships and the USA National Cross Country Marathon Champion in 2012. In 2003, Hermes founded the women's mountain bike development team called Team High Maintenance, which she still manages today. When not racing or managing her team, Hermes can be found at her home in Edwards, Colorado, raising her son and working with such non-profit organizations as Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army.
